The Arnold Shoulder Press, also known as the Arnold Press, is a shoulder exercise that targets the muscles in the shoulders, specifically the deltoids.

How do I do an Arnold Shoulder Press?
- Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and hold dumbbells at shoulder height with an overhand grip, your palms facing towards your face
- Raise the dumbbells overhead by extending and rotating your arms so that your palms face away from your face
- Lower the dumbbells back down to shoulder height, while rotating your arms so that your palms are facing toward your face, and repeat the movement

What are some tips for an Arnold Shoulder Press?
- Keep your core tight and your back straight throughout the exercise
- Use a full range of motion, taking the dumbbells all the way up and all the way down
