fit30 is a 30-minute a day weight loss program focused on 5 simple weekly goals that lead to healthier living ― and weight loss.
Yes, our program is designed for most ability levels. It includes beginner-friendly workouts (and goals) and allows you to progress gradually to more challenging exercises.
We recommend that you stick with all of the recommended goals. Simply make it easier or harder. However, because the program is unrestricted you can modify your goals in any way you like or need.
Remember, you set your goals each week. Feel free to adjust your goals to make them more achievable (or difficult) and sustainable.
