How do I do Bent Over Lateral Raises?

  1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and bend forward at the hips, keeping your back straight
  2. Hold a weight in each hand, with your arms dropped straight down from your shoulders
  3. Keep your elbows slightly bent and raise the weights out to the side, leading with your elbows, until your arms are parallel to the ground
  4. Lower the weights back down to the starting position and repeat the movement
