HOW TO
How do I do Bent Over Rows?
- Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and bend forward at the hips, keeping your back straight and your core tight
- Hold a weight in each hand, with your arms extended towards the ground
- Pull the weights towards your body, keeping your elbows close to your sides, until the weights reach your rib cage
- Lower the weights back down to the starting position and repeat the movement
